A clear glycerin solution with a fine tip brush applicator that transforms any powder into an eyeliner. Great partnered with "Hi-Def Mineral Pigments"! Dip brush along the outer rim of the shadow apply. It's  that easy! Apply over entire lid for extreme wear shadow. Be sure to clean brush of all eye shadow color before returning to container.
