All orders over $50 dollars is shipped free to the US with Priority Mail. Canadian orders are calculated at check out. For your convenience a tracking number is provided with all orders.
Out Of Stock Items
Noftify us at email@example.com if there is a product you wish to purchase that is not available. You will receive an automated email when the product(s) is back in stock if you select "notify me when available" on the product page.
Exchanges, Returns & Damaged Packages
If you receive a defective product, send a photo of the product along with a brief description of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org. Defective products are eligible for exchange 30 days from purchase.
If the contents of a package is damaged upon receipt, send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to email@example.com. A replacement will be shipped to you.
When you place an order, you may request samples to be included. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying which products you'd like to try.
