Product reviews for Light Brown Brow Dip Liner

I have blonde hair and thin eyebrows. I do not have a stead hand so my eyebrows looked a little messy when I tries this at first. I did find a eye brow stencil which helps with making my eye brows actually look like eyebrows. I use the stencil and fill it the space with the dip liner and it works great.
